The learned APP has submitted report dated 14th June 2016 signed by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Anti Corruption Bureau. The same is taken on record and marked `X' for identification. The report records that the FIR bearing C.R.No.60 of 2016 has been registered for various offences under the Prevention of Corruption Act,1988 as well as under sections 109, 120-B, 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. It is stated that investigation is in progress. The only substantive prayer in this PIL is for directing the registration of FIR. In view of the registration of the said

crpil34 FIR, nothing survives in this PIL and the same is disposed of.

The concerned Investigating Officer shall supply a true copy of the FIR to the petitioner or to the petitioner's Advocate within a period of two weeks from today.
