1] It is the case of the Petitioner that though in pursuance to the order dated 8th August 2016 the Petitioner has been posted in aided post, however, the Petitioner has not been granted pay-scale of graduate teacher.

2] Perusal of the order dated 8th August 2016 would reveal that it does not specify as to against which post the Petitioner is to be posted. 3] If it is the grievance of the Petitioner that though the Petitioner is entitled to be posted in a graduate pay-scale, then it is the different cause of action. We do not find any merit in the Contempt BGP.
