After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief in this Application, learned Counsel for the Applicant prays for unconditional withdrawal of this Application.

Permission is granted. The Application is allowed to be withdrawn.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant prays that trial be expedited considering the situation which compelled the Applicant to take this extreme step. The allegations in the prosecution case are that the deceased was continuously causing harassment to the Deshmane(PS)
