PC:- 1) Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2) This application is for modification of the condition not to enter the limits of Ukadgaon, Tal. Barshi, Dist. Solapur. 3) In the application, it is stated that the wife of the applicant has suffered a fall and, therefore, she has not been able to manage the day to day affairs of the house and agricultural operations without the support of the applicant.

IA-204 OF 24+ABA.ODT 4) The learned APP, on instructions, disputes the said position. 5) The condition not to enter the limits of Ukadgaon, Tal. Barshi, Dist. Solapur for a period of nine months was imposed on 31st October, 2023. Six months period has already elapsed.

6) In these circumstances, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer Clause (b).

7) However, the applicant shall not contact the first informant and injured and/or give threat or inducement to the first informant, injured and any of the persons acquainted with the facts of the case. [N. J. JAMADAR, J.] 2/2
