Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that he has moved this Civil Application for bringing on record the legal heirs of the deceased Respondent No.1, who died on 17.10.2016. The application was filed on 16.1.2017. Thus, he submits that the application is moved within the stipulated time of 90 days. 2.

Heard. In view of the submission of the learned Counsel, the application is allowed. The legal heirs of respondent No.1 are allowed to be brought on record as per the schedule. Amendments 1 / 2
