Mr. Shah has tendered consent terms dated 03.05.2018 filed in the Small Causes Court at Bombay in R.A.R.Suit No.1901 of 2015. He submitted that in pursuance of the consent terms, applicants have handed over possession. The consent terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Mr. Bhalekar confirms receipt of possession from the applicants.
