P.C. :- This is essentially an application for speaking to minutes for correcting the name of Original Accused No.3 - Dhanaji Dilip Lohar as it appears in the operative part of the Judgment in paragraph 32. It appears that inadvertently, the name of Original Accused No.3 - Dhanaji Dilip Lohar was transcribed as Dhanaji Dilip Patil. The name of Original Accused No.3 Dhanaji Dilip Lohar in the Judgment of the Trial Court as well as in the memorandum of Appeal as well as in the initial part of the Judgment discloses his name as Dhanaji Dilip Lohar and not as Dhanaji Dilip Patil.

We accordingly allow this Application and direct the Registry to carry out necessary correction in our Judgment dated 16.1.2015 in paragraph 32 by correcting the name of Original Accused No.3 from "Dhanaji Dilip Patil" to "Dhanaji Dilip Lohar".

After necessary correction is carried out, a certified copy be issued afresh to the parties.
