In view of this, Mr. Thorat, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the Bail Application with liberty to fle fresh Bail Application before the learned trial Court. 4.

Accordingly, the Bail Application is disposed of as withdrawn. 5.

It is clarifed that this Court has not considered the merits. 6.

The learned trial Court is requested to dispose of the fresh Bail Application within a period of 15 days from the date of fling of the fresh Bail Application.
