The petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to forthwith take cognizance of petitioner's complaint made vide letter dated 14th December, 2014. A copy of the said letter is annexed at "Exhibit E" to the petition. Perusal of the same reveals that it is an advocate's notice. The notice does not prima facie disclose commission of cognizable offence. We are, therefore, not inclined to entertain this petition. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
