The relief sought in the application is direction to trial court to expedite the trial. The appropriate remedy for applicant is before the Trial Court by way of filing of application to expedite trial. If the trial court records reasons while deciding such application, the Superior Court will have the benefit of such reasoning recorded while adjudicating such application. 2.

The learned advocate for the petitioners, on instruction, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file application for expediting the trial before the Trial Court. If such application is filed the learned Trial Court shall decide such
