The learned counsel for the applicant has moved this application for carrying out the amendment by adding the legal heirs of deceased respondent No. 19-Dada Ganpat Bandal in the cause title. He points out that in Miscellaneous Application No. 699 of 2012 at Sr. No. 9 respondent Dada Ganpat Bandal is shown as dead and his legal heirs were brought on record on 7th February, 2013. In view of this, it is necessary to mention the names of legal heirs of respondent no.19.
