The Counsel for Petitioner submitted that the grievance raised in the Petition no more survives in view of an order passed by learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 10th Court, Andheri whereby the Petitioner was acquitted in CC No. 1387/PS/2015 in MECR No. 12/2013 registered with D.N. Nagar Police Station. With these submissions, learned Counsel prayed for withdrawal of the Petition.

The Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
