P.C. :
Writ petition filed by the petitioner was disposed of on 10 December 2018. The relief granted required pay and emoluments to be determined by the Education Officer restricted to 2 January 1994 and entitlement from 1 January 2014. Compliance was to be made within three months.

It appears that on a praecipe filed, time was being extended by this Court and lastly on 8 March 2019, time was extended by four weeks. The Registrar (Judicial) appears to have placed the matter before the Court for direction, and we find that
skn 2 807.14-wp.doc there is no requirement to place the matter before the Court. The order dated 8 March 2019 requires the Education Officer to ensure that the Management complies with the relief granted to the petitioner and if it fails, to attach movable and immovable properties of the Management. No further orders are required. If the order dated 10 December 2018 is not complied with, the petitioner can avail remedy under the contempt jurisdiction. N.M.JAMDAR, J.
