The appeal is of the year 2009. This is an application for permission to travel abroad i.e. USA from May 2024 to July 2024 and also to Australia from October 2024 to December 2024. The appeal is not likely to be heard any time soon. The applicant had on the previous occasion travelled abroad and abided by the conditions. 2.

Learned APP opposed the application. In my opinion, there is no impediment to allow the application in terms of prayer clause (a).

The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The applicant shall furnish his travel itinerary to the 1/2

Urmila Ingale 9-ia-180-24.doc trial Court as well as the investigating ofÏcer before leaving India. The applicant shall furnish his residential and other contact details while residing abroad. On his return, the applicant shall inform the trial Court.
