DATED : 13 OCTOBER 2016 ORAL JUDGMENT: (Per A.S.Oka,J.) Perused the order dated 8 April 2015 passed by the First Court in Writ Petition No.5367 of 2005. From the said detailed judgment and order, we find that the grievances which are incorporated in this PIL appear to have been substantially canvassed in Writ Petition No.5367 of 2005. 2.

By the said judgment and order, the said Writ Petition No.5367 of 2005 has been disposed of, subject to directions issued under the said judgment and order.

In view of the said judgment and order, it is not necessary to entertain the PIL. As far as investigation on the basis of the First Information Report is concerned, the learned APP states that after the investigation, charge sheet is kept ready.

In the light of the judgment and order dated 8 April 2015 in Writ Petition No.5367 of 2005, this PIL stands disposed of. As some substance has been found by the Division Bench while disposing of the aforesaid Writ Petition in the grievances made in this PIL, we direct that a sum of Rs.50,000/- deposited by the PIL Petitioner be refunded to the PIL Petitioner alongwith interest, if any, accrued thereon.
