As per the office notice dated 2nd March 2021, the Advocates for the petitioner and applicant/petitioner and applicant were called upon to give a praecipe in advance in case the petition has not become infructuous. Such praecipe has not been received in regard to this petition. Accordingly, Civil Application No.1602 of 2008 and Writ Petition No.7937 of 2004 are disposed of as infructuous; however, with liberty to the petitioner and applicant to revive the petition and applicant in case something survives.

Disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
