By the above Miscellaneous Civil Application filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure,1908, the Applicant-wife seeks transfer of Marriage Petition No. 2805 of 2016 filed by the Respondent-husband and pending before the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai to the Family Court, Pune. 2.

Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties and the following order is passed by consent:

(i) Since both the parties are educated, they have agreed to conduct the proceedings through video conferencing.

(ii) If the Family Court, Pune, is not equipped to conduct the matter through video conferencing, the Applicant and/or her Advocate shall provide a laptop along with Wi-Fi and other equipments to conduct the matter/trial

KPPNair -2through video conferencing. (iii) Both the parties agree that they shall not seek adjournments and shall proceed with the matter on the given dates. The Court shall also not grant adjournments to the parties unless absolutely necessary. The above Application is accordingly disposed of. (S.J. KATHAWALLA, J.)
