Heard Ms.Shubhada S.Gokhale, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Vivek Kantawala, learned Counsel for the respondent.

By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the only relief sought by the petitioner is to direct the Family Court to decide the applications exhibits 64 & 67 before the conclusion of the cross examination of the petitioner.

The petitioner filed applications, exhibit 64 for correction of cross examination and exhibit 67 for exhibiting the photographs. Mr.Kantawala states that the cross examination is partly corrected. It is, however, not disputed that the applications exhibits 64 & 67 are pending and not disposed of. It is also not in dispute that next date

-: 2 :- 27.wp.735.15 before the Family Court is 27/03/2015. The learned Counsel appearing for the parties agree that they will argue the applications exhibits 64 & 67 on that date.

In view thereof, the Family Court is requested to decide the applications exhibits 64 & 67 either on 27/03/2015 or in any case within 2 weeks from the date of appearance of the parties from 27/03/2015.

All the contentions of the parties on merits are expressly kept open.
