By the above Writ Petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks the following relief:- (b) That by appropriate Writ, order or directions of this Hon'ble Court, the Respondent No. 1, the Hon'ble Minister be ordered and directed to hear and decide forthwith an Appeal filed by the Respondent No. 3 against the order dated 20th October 2021 passed by the Respondent No. 2, The Divisional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune, in a time bound manner and more particularly within period of One Week from the date of the order passed by the this Hon'ble Court by providing an appropriate opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner."

Respondent No. 1 - Minister for Rural Development (Gram Vikas) shall hear the Appeal filed by Respondent No. 3 against the Order dated 20.10.2021 passed by Respondent No. 2 - The Divisional Commissioner, Pune Division, and after hearing the concerned parties, pass his order within a period of two weeks from today.
