Hence, following order is passed:

a) Order dated 05.01.2017 passed by this Court in all Writ Petitions is recalled.

b) All Writ Petitions Nos. 1378/2001, 1360/2001, 1370/2001 & 1357/2001 are restored on file for hearing on its own merits.

c) All Civil Applications stand disposed of accordingly.
