By consent of learned Counsel for the parties, we pass the following order :- (i) The Petitioner shall make an Application for regularisation of his premises situate at Survey No.131, at Mouje Taloja Majkur, Taluka : Panvel, District : Raigad, within a period of two weeks from today in the prescribed format.

2 14-WP 715-22.odt (ii) The said Application for regularisation shall be decided by the Respondent-Corporation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such Application.

(iii) Till such Application is decided, no coercive steps shall be taken against the subject structure of the Petitioner. (iv) In the event, any adverse order is passed, the same shall not be acted upon for a period of ten days from the date of communication of the said order to the Petitioner.

The Writ Petition to stand disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
