Learned Counsel for Respondent Nos.1 & 2 submits that this Cross Objection was filed in Appeal from Order No.52 of 2015. The Appeal from order was dismissed by order dated 14.12.2015. However, no order was passed in the order dated 14.12.2015 about the Cross Objection. He submitted that in view of the dismissal of the Appeal from Order and especially the observations made in paragraph 3 of the order dated 14.12.2015, this Cross Objection is to be disposed of. 2.
