Applicant allegedly obstructed the public servant from discharging his public duties and thus offence under Section 353 of the Indian Penal Code came to be registered. Applicant has
2/3 filed Affidavit and tendered unconditional apology. Para-9 of the Affidavit reads as under : "9.
That my unconditional and hearfelt apology which is unconditional apology to each and every Police Officer, be taken on record and that I should be given an opportunity to improve my social conduct as a responsible citizen."

In view of the unconditional apology, the Application is granted. In the event of arrest of the applicant in C.R. No. 166/2019 registered at Bangur Nagar Polcie Station, he be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand only) with one or more sureties in the like sum.

The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when called.

The applicant shall furnish the particulars of her place of residence and contact details to the Investigating Officer of the Police Station concerned within seven days from
3/3 today;

The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence or attempt to influence or contact the complainant, witnesses or any person concerned with the case.
7.
It is made clear that observations made hereinabove shall be construed as expression of opinion only for the purpose of refusal to grant bail and the same shall not in any way influence the trial in other proceedings.
