At the outset, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent invited our attention to the order dated 17th April 2015 passed by this Court in Civil Application No.8 of 2015 in Contempt Petition No. 616 of 2014 [Coram : V. M. Kanade and A. R. Joshi, JJ.] and submitted that the Petitioner has given an undertaking to withdraw this contempt petition. 2.

We have perused the said order. In paragraph 4 thereof, the Petitioner has given an undertaking to withdraw this contempt petition and the undertaking has been accepted by this Court.
