The Applicant is granted anticipatory bail by this Court (Coram : N. J. Jamadar, J.) vide order dated 07/12/2023 passed in Anticipatory Bail Application No.3410 of 2023. The Applicant was directed to deposit the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- in the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, exercising jurisdiction over Gaondevi Police Station, within a period of one month from 07/12/2023. The said payment was not made till today. Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that the amount is ready with the Applicant and he needs extension of time to deposit that amount.

Considering that the amount is ready with the Applicant, as submitted by the learned counsel for the Applicant, the period can be extended.

Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) The period to deposit the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- is extended by a period of one week from today. (ii) Except this modification, rest of the order dated 07/12/2023 remains unchanged.

(iii) With these directions the application is disposed of.
