Learned counsel for the Applicant states that during the pendency of this Application, the chargesheet is filed. She states that it is infact filed today itself. She seeks permission to withdraw this Application to approach the trial Court for the same relief in the changed circumstances of filing of the chargesheet.

Permission is granted with liberty to the Applicant to approach the trial Court to file an Application for his release on bail in the changed circumstances of filing of the chargesheet. 3.

The Application is allowed to be withdrawn with aforesaid liberty and is disposed of as such.
