Heard learned Counsel for the applicant.

This application is for bringing legal heirs on record of sole applicant Mrs. Shakuntala Dinkar Belose, who died on 20.11.2015. The present Civil Application is filed on 15.01.2016 i.e. within time. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant, the averments made in the Application and as the Civil Application is filed within time, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

20 cac 135-16=.doc a) Applicant is permitted to bring the legal heirs on record of deceased sole applicant Mrs. Shankuntala Dinkar Belose in Civil Revision Application No. 534 of 2015 within four weeks from today, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court. b) If amendment is carried out within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, applicant is directed to serve the amended copy of Civil Revision Application on respondents or their Advocate thereafter immediately.

c) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
