That, the respondents be directed to decide representation dated 19.01.2018, 09.04.2018 and 07.01.2019, made by the petitioners to the respondents within a period of 10 days.

That, the respondents be directed to decide the representation made by the petitioners to the respondents by giving opportunity of hearing to petitioners."
