The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to apply before the learned Special Judge (CBI) for discharge.
The said request deserves to be granted. Accordingly, we dispose of the Writ Petition as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. It will be open for the Petitioner to file an Application for discharge within a period of three weeks from today. If such Application is made, 1/2
