Heard both sides. For the reasons set out in the Civil Application, it is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (c), Issue notice to respondent Nos.3 and 4 on the addresses mentioned in the cause title of the Civil Application and in addition to the address which will be supplied by Mr. Helekar. Mr. Helekar states that the addresses of these two candidates SRP 1/2

CAW356.17.doc appearing at page Nos.50 and 52 of the paper-book have been taken from the record of of the Maharashtra Knowledge Corporation Limited and particularly from the applications made by the respondent Nos.3 and 4 for the post on the Establishment Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation to be filled in by the Maharashtra Knowledge Corporation Limited. These addresses, in addition to the address mentioned in the cause title of the Civil Application, would be supplied to the Registry so as to enable the notices to be issued on these respondents. Let the requisite procedure be completed on or before 24th March, 2017. In the event no proof of service on these respondent Nos.3 and 4 now substituted again is produced, then, the writ petition to stand dismissed as against them and no further applications for restoration of the Writ Petition would be entertained. Liberty is also granted to Mr. Helekar to serve these respondents privately.
