By this application, the Applicant has sought withdrawal of the compensation awarded by the Claims Tribunal in MAC Application No.553 of 2010.

Having considered the reasons stated in the application and perusal of the grounds raised in the appeal memo, the Applicant, who was Claimant No.2 in the Claim Application is allowed to withdraw 50% of the compensation with proportionate interest accrued thereon subject to filing of an undertaking that the amount will be refunded with interest in the event the Appellant succeeds in the appeal. 1/2
