We have heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned AGP.

The grievance of the Petitioner is that the Petitioner ought to have been brought on aided posts in the year 2002 but under the impugned communication has been brought on aided post on the date when the order 1/2

82 cp 134.2022.doc is passed and the same is not in compliance with the order of this Court dated 6th September 2021 in Writ Petition No. 11627 of 2018. 3.

We have gone through the order. This court under the said judgment and order had not directed to appoint the Petitioner from a particular date. The decision was left to be taken upon hearing the Petitioner and those at serial no. 1 and 8. If the decision according to the Petitioner is erroneous, the Petitioner shall assail the said decision in the Writ Petition and not by way of Contempt Petition.

In the light of that the present Contempt Petition is disposed of with no order as to costs. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by the order, he may assail in the appropriate proceedings.

All contentions are kept open.
