The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner pointed out that now the tender process based on tender notice dated 06th January 2017 is already over. He seeks permission to withdraw the petition with a liberty to file a fresh petition for challenging the work order/allotment of contract after impleading the successful bidder. Accordingly Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
