By this writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, they are challenging the order dated 15.10.2012 passed by 16th Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Pune deciding the application filed by the defendant under Section 9A of Civil Procedure Code, 1908. In view of subsequent development that is deletion of Section 9A from the Civil Procedure Code nothing survives in the present writ petition. Hence, writ petition stands dismissed as abated.
