When the matter is called out, none appears for the applicant. 2.

This is another one more Bail Application filed by the applicant/accused for seeking temporary bail on the medical ground. Earlier Bail Application No. 1851 of 2015 filed by the applicant/accused on the medical ground was rejected by this Court on 31st March, 2016. It appears that the applicant/accused is taking treatment in Tata Memorial Hospital.

The learned APP informs the Court that as on today, all the witnesses are examined by the Sessions Court and the previous Investigating Officer is recalled by the applicant/accused. Now the matter is fixed before the Sessions Court, Dindoshi on 21st February, 2019. 4.

Under such circumstances, the Sessions Court, Dindoshi is directed to conclude the matter on or before 15th April, 2019. 5.

The Superintendent of Taloja Central Jail is directed to send the applicant/accused regularly as per the dates to Tata Memorial Hospital without fail.

Bail Application is dismissed.
