In these circumstances, we had placed the above Interim Application for dismissal on 29th September, 2023. Since the matter did not reach on the said date, the matter has come on board before us today.

Today when the matter is called out, again none appears on behalf of the Applicant/Appellant. It appears that the the Applicant/Appellant is not interested in prosecuting the above Interim Application. It is accordingly dismissed for want of prosecution. 5.

In view of the fact that the Interim Application is dismissed, the above Family Court Appeal is also hereby stands dismissed. No Order as to costs.
