The learned Sessions Court declined the interim protection, pending Anticipatory Bail Application No. 73 of 2020. Thus against the order dated 18 th January, 2019 (refusing interim protection) applicant has approached this Court. 3.

registered against the applicant in Crime No. 329/2018 and 308/2018. Applicant claims, he has been released on bail in these two crimes. Be that as it may, applicants pre-arrest bail '

application is now scheduled for hearing on 20 th February, 2020. In view of the facts of the case and offences of similar nature being registered against the applicant, no case is made out for granting interim relief. The Anticipatory Bail Application is rejected.

It is made clear that observations made hereinabove shall be construed as expression of opinion only for the purpose of refusal to grant bail and the same shall not in any way influence the trial in other proceedings.
