1] The present Interim Application is filed by the Intervenor who has filed complaint, resulting into charge sheet being filed vide RCC No. 155/2015 before the JMFC, Mohol, which has been committed to the Sessions Court.

2] The Criminal Writ Petition is filed seeking discharge from the charge levelled under Section 397 of the IPC. 1/2

In the wake of above, Interim Application is allowed. On an application being made out, the Intervenor shall be permitted to assist the Court and advance his submissions. List the Writ Petition on 03.10.2023.
