Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned APP.

This is an application for pre-arrest bail. The applicants are apprehending arrest in connection with C.R.No. 11 of 2023 dated 03/01/2023 registered with Juhu Police Station for the offence punishable under sections 306, 498-A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 3.
The date of incident is 02/01/2023. The husband and his brother are already arrested. Accused no.1- Avinash 1/3
Dhangar is the husband of the deceased - Nirmala. Applicant no. 1 is the wife of Ashok. Ashok is the brother of Avinash. Applicant no. 2 is the sister of Avinash. There are no specific allegations against these applicants. The allegations are general in nature that the applicants were taunting the deceased. Having regard to the nature of accusations against the applicants, in my opinion, custodial interrogation of the applicants is not required. The husband of the deceased and his brother are already arrested. Hence, the following order.
O R D E R
(a) In the event of arrest of the applicants in connection with C.R. No. 11 of 2023 dated 03/01/2023 registered with Juhu Police Station, the applicant no.1- Smt. Laxmi Ashok Dhangar and appliant no. 2- Smt. Anita Ravi Ligampali be released on bail on their furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount;
(b) The applicants shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him 2/3
from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and should not tamper with evidence;
(c) The applicants shall attend the investigating officer on 21/01/2023 between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. and thereafter as and when called.
