By filing these Petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioners are seeking direction to the first Respondent- Enquiry Officer, City Survey, Diu to consider and take appropriate decision on the Petitioners' application dated 5th October, 2017 (Exhibit "D") as expeditiously as possible. 2.
The learned counsel for the Respondents on instruction submits that Respondent No. 1 shall examine the Petitioners' application and shall take appropriate decision on it in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the aforesaid, without commenting upon the merits of the matter, we dispose of these Writ Petitions by directing first Respondent to consider and take appropriate decision on the Petitioners' application as expeditiously as possible but in any case not later than three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid direction, the Petitions are disposed of.
