The Petitioner's grievance is that his Revision application against the order passed by the Additional Commissioner, Pune is pending before the Minister of Revenue and Forests and in spite of repeated efforts neither the Revision application nor stay application filed along with the revision has been decided by the Revisional authority.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, we dispose of this Petition by directing the Revisional Authority to decide the Petitioner's stay application as also the Revision application as expeditiously as possible.
