In the aforesaid background, in my opinion, ad-interim protection granted earlier by this Court on 17th January 2019 needs to be confirmed. In addition that - (A) In the event of arrest in Crime No. 6 of 2019 for an offence punishable under Section 306 read with Section 34 of the Indian
