This is an application seeking permission to travel abroad to various places from the period between 15 th February, 2020 to January, 2021. The proposed itinerary is annexed at page116 of the application. The learned Counsel for the applicant pointed out that this Court by

2/3 orders dated 19 th September 2017, 27 th August 2018 and 28 th September, 2018 permitted the applicant to travel abroad. Counsel for the applicant submits that, her passport is in custody and also brought to my notice the order passed by the Honble Apex Court dated 21 '

st August, 2019 wherein all criminal proceedings between the parties are stayed.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, the applicant is permitted to travel abroad as per the proposed itinerary from 15 th February, 2020 till January, 2021.

The applicant shall furnish the details about his travel itinerary to the Investigating Officer within seven days from today.

In view thereof, the following order is passed :

(i) The present application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (c) read with itinerary at page-116 of the application. The applicant shall return to

3/3 India on/or before 31 st January, 2021.

(ii) The applicant is directed to furnish her passport within a period of one week from 31st January, 2021 i.e. the date of her return.

(iii) The applicant is directed to give specific itinerary to the Investigating Officer in case of any modifications in itinerary, annexed at page116 of the application. (iv) All concerned to act on authenticated copy of this order.

The Application stands allowed and disposed off in aforesaid terms.
