After the matter was argued for sometime and upon this Court expressed disinclination to entertain the present bail application, learned counsel for the applicant sought leave to withdraw the application. Considering that the applicant is in custody for almost 4 years and 10 months, a request is made to expedite the trial. The application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of accordingly. 3.

The trial Court is requested to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within a period of one year from today considering that the applicant is in custody for almost 4 years and 10 months.
