By this petition, the Petitioner is challenging the order passed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal dated 26.2.2014. The said order was also challenged by the Petitioner in the group petitions and that petitions were dismissed by this Court in WP No. 7062 of 2015. 2.

In this petition, the facts are identical and therefore, the present petition is dismissed for the reasons stated in Writ petition No. 7062 of 2015 and accordingly disposed of.
