Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the present proceeding, she is pressing relief only in respect of their application dated 22.04.2014 for the grant of premises licence and performance licence for conducting amusement activity under Rules for Licensing and Controlling Places of Public Amusements (other than Cinemas) and Performances for Public Amusement, including Cabaret Performances, Discotheque, Games, Pool Game Parlours, Amusement Parlours, Providing Computer Games, Virtual Reality Games, Cyber Cafes, Games with Net Connectivity, Bowling Alleys, Card Rooms, Social Clubs, Sports Clubs, Melas and Tamashas Rules, 1960 framed under Section 33 of Sneha Chavan 1/2

22 wp 744-15=.doc Bombay Police Act, 1951. She submits that though the application was made in 2014, the same is pending till today.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the present proceeding, petitioner is not pressing the prayer clause (b) in view of subsequent development i.e. Resolution dated 22.12.2015 issued by Government of Maharashtra.

The learned AGP appearing on behalf of Respondent makes a statement that authority will decide petitioner's application dated 22.04.2014 which is at Exh. K page 63 within eight weeks from today. Statement is accepted.

In view of statement made by the learned AGP for Respondent, nothing survives in the present petition.

Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. Parties to act on authenticated copy of this order.
