This is an application for modification of the condition imposed on the applicant while granting him bail by PRADIPKUMAR PRAKASHRAO DESHMANE Date:

2023.02.10 11:51:18 +0530 PRADIPKUMAR PRAKASHRAO DESHMANE by this Court vide order dated 25.9.2008. The applicant was granted bail and a condition was imposed that he had to report to Shirala police station once in a fortnight on every first and third Monday until further order.

This order, as mentioned earlier, is passed on 25.9.2008. Since then after his release, the applicant has Deshmane(PS)

7.ia-183-23.odt been diligently complying with this condition and reporting to the police station once in a fortnight as directed. The applicant has annexed extracts of the diary showing his attendance. From 2008 till today it is a long period. The applicant has sufficiently established his bonafides by diligently reporting. The condition itself mentions that it was subject to further orders.

Therefore, I am inclined to relax this condition and the applicant is now directed to report once in three months, preferably on a Sunday, to Shirala police station until further orders.

With these observations, the application is disposed of. Needless to add that rest of the conditions in the order dated 25.9.2008 passed in Criminal Application No.1005/2008 in Criminal Appeal No.905/2008 are retained as they are.
