This petition is filed for quashing of the FIR No.I-81 of 2013 registered with Shil-Daighar Police Station, Thane. Learned APP having taken instructions from Mr. Pawar, Sr. P.I., Shil-Daighar Police Station, Thane, makes a statement that FIR is investigated and charge-sheet is filed before the concerned Magistrate. Statement is accepted.

In the light of the statement, Mr. Kotwal, learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file discharge application before the trial Court. Leave with liberty is granted.
