After arguing the Petitions for quite sometime, Mr.Mehta

2 / 2 WP/5474/2014gr and Mr. Bapat, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, upon instructions from their respective petitioners who are present in Court, seek permission to withdraw these Petitions and further submit that all contentions of the petitioners may be kept open.

In view thereof, on the motion made by learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, Petitions are allowed to be withdrawn. All contentions of the petitioners and the respondents are expressly kept open. Time to carry out amendment is extended upto 31.7.2015.
