P.C. :- The Petitioners challenge the order passed by the Industrial Court dated 18 February 2014 whereby the Petitioners are directed to maintain status-quo in respect of the post of the Applicants - Respondents of fireman and allow them to work on the said post till the disposal of the complaint. While passing the impugned order the Industrial Court has directed the Labour Court to dispose off the complaint within six months. The order is passed on 18 February 2014.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the complaint is still pending.

The order of status-quo is in operation since 18 February 2014. Considering the facts and circumstances, I am inclined to direct the Labour Court to dispose off the complaint within period of six months from today and continue the adinterim order. Order accordingly. In case the complaint is not disposed off within period of six months, it will be open to the Petitioners to revive the Writ Petition.
